This Refund Policy applies to all subscription purchases made for Cosmos Tutorial. We want institutes to feel confident using our platform, and we handle refund requests fairly and promptly.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. Because access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of first payment. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, annual subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the annual period.

If the platform is completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end (not a third-party infrastructure event or force majeure), we will issue a prorated credit to your account for the affected days. Credits are applied to the next billing cycle.
To request an outage credit, email us within 14 days of the incident with the dates and a brief description of the issue.
