This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Cosmos Tutorial to educational institutes. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Plans
Cosmos Tutorial offers monthly and annual subscription plans. All plans provide access to the full platform — admin portal, parent app, and all features — for the subscribed institute.
2. Free Trial
New institutes may be offered a free trial period as communicated at the time of onboarding. No payment is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, a subscription must be activated to continue using the platform.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@cosmostutorial.com
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until then.
- After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days. You may request a data export during this period.
- Reactivation after cancellation is possible at any time by resuming the subscription.
4. Refund Policy
✓ Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of the initial subscription payment — full refund
- Significant platform downtime (>48 continuous hours) caused by us — pro-rated refund for the affected period
- Duplicate payments or billing errors — full refund of the duplicate charge
✗ Not Eligible for Refund
- Cancellation after 7 days of the billing period — no partial refund for unused days
- Annual plans cancelled after 7 days of purchase — no refund for remaining months
- Non-use of the platform during the subscription period
- Termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@cosmostutorial.com with:
- Your institute name
- The registered email address
- Payment date and amount
- Reason for the refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Plan Changes
If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan, the remaining value of your current month will be credited towards the annual plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
